There are three types of ticketing for adults, children and infants. It applies to Baby 0-2 years, Children 2-12 years, adults 12 years and older.
You can make purchases for up to 10 passengers and 10 vehicles on Feribotlines. One adult driver is required per vehicle. For larger group bookings, please contact email@example.com or call our call center.

The ferry service does not support the e-ticket yet. You must provide your boarding pass from the ferry company’s office or kiosk at the port of departure by using the voucher we have sent.
You can get your boarding pass on the day of the flight by showing the voucher and your passport to the ferry company kiosk at the port, either double or single way. If you want to get your boarding pass before the day of departure, you can check in at the ferry company’s offices. *If the boarding card is lost, the procedures of the relevant company are valid.
You must be at the port at least 1 hour before the departure time and check-in is required. We recommend you to be at the port 2 hours before due to the intensity of passport controls on special days such as holidays and New Year.
Ferry ticket date change and release procedures are made in accordance with the rules of the ferry company. These rules are communicated to you in the rules section before you buy your ticket and your approval is obtained. No refunds can be made on ferry tickets within the scope of the distance contracts regulation.
