Beach
The hotel offers a private sandy beach with a beach bar just a stone's throw away featuring umbrellas, sun loungers, WC, showers, and fresh towels (a guarantee of 10 EUR per towel is required).

Car Parking
The hotel features indoor car parking with a limited number of 8 spaces and an extra charge. Unfortunately, it isn't possible to pre-book a parking space. Parking is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

Infants & Children
The first child up to 6 years of age stays free in specific room types. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request on a first-come, first-served basis.

Complaints or Comments
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay should be made in the first instance to a member of the front desk during your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately.

Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards, including AMEX, DINERS, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, and VISA. 

Damages
The hotel has the right to collect, through pre-authorization or cash deposit, at least 50 EUR per room as a deposit for any incidentals costs or damages that may be incurred during your stay. 

Disabled Guests
The hotel endeavors to offer the same high-quality facilities to our disabled guests. Where possible, special facilities include wheelchair-adapted bathrooms, ramps, and lifts in public areas. For more info, please contact our reservations department prior to your booking.

Internet
Unlimited Wi-Fi internet access is offered complimentary for guests throughout their stay.

Key-Cards
Key-cards must be left at reception upon departure; If they are lost, the guest will be charged 2 EUR.

Climate Resilience Tax
Rates do not include the “Climate Resilience Tax” equal to EUR 3 per room per night for January, February, November, December, and 7 EUR per room per night from March to October. The tax is subject to change without prior notice.

Pre-Authorization - What is?
A pre-authorization will place the pre-authorized amount in a holding state and temporarily reduce one’s credit card limit, but it is NOT a transaction charge and will not be reflected in one’s credit card statement. Depending on one’s credit card bank’s set-up, the pre-authorized amount typically will drop off within 7-14 days.

Smoking
The hotel is smoke-free, and therefore smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas. A penalty fee of EUR 150 will be added to the bill if guests are found to be smoking.

COVID-19 
Based on the new compulsory hygiene protocols by the Greek Government, there will be no service or change of linen in your room UNLESS you request such service. Be aware that our hotel keeps records of your personal data in line with special health protocols for the protection of public health.
