• When buying a ticket with the Efsane Ekim campaign, you need to specify a date so that the system can issue the ticket.

• After the purchase, your ticket is automatically converted to an open ticket.

• You can date your ticket from the membership created with your e-mail address.

• Tickets will open for dating as of 2 January 2027.

• The validity periods of the tickets are listed in the table below.

• Each ticket includes 1 free dating.

• You can buy as many tickets as you like and use them in 2027.

• The discount applies to round-trip adult ticket types on the base ticket price. Child and infant tickets also benefit from the discount, but at a different rate.

What is the period of use of campaign Efsane Ekim 2027 tickets?

Can I convert my ticket to an open ticket? Can I change the date?

Each ticket can be dated once free of charge. Passengers who choose the Flexi or Flexi Plus ticket package have unlimited rights to convert to an open ticket and to change the date. If the ticket has already been dated, date changes and conversions to an open ticket must be made up to 48 hours before the sailing departure time.

I do not know my passport number when buying my ticket, what can I do?

You can leave the passport number step blank when buying the ticket. The relevant step must be updated before travel.

Can I change the route and the name on my ticket?

Ticketing is specific to the person and the route. Name and/or route changes are not possible on tickets.

I want to add a vehicle to my ticket, how can I do it?

To add a vehicle to your ticket, you need to call our call centre on 0850 885 00 97 after buying a ticket without a vehicle. If vehicle availability exists on the sailing concerned, you can add the vehicle by making the additional payment for it. Please remember that from Turkey, sailings carrying vehicles exist only on the Çeşme-Chios and Ayvalık-Lesvos routes.

Can I buy my ticket as an open-dated ticket?

When buying a ticket, a date must be selected so that the system can complete the ticketing process. The date selection is purely representative. After you buy your ticket, it is automatically converted to an open ticket by the system and you can use it whenever you like on sailings within 2027.

The discount is applied on the base ticket price. Port taxes and payments are not included in the ticket price.

Through your member panel, you can date your ticket to any available sailing you like throughout 2027.

Passengers who wish to add a vehicle to their ticket can add a vehicle later, subject to availability, by paying only the vehicle ticket difference.

The discount applies to passenger tickets. Vehicle tickets are not included in the campaign.

Çeşme - Chios Campaign Ferry Dating Conditions:

Within 10 days following the end of the campaign, 1 operator will be automatically assigned to each ticket by the system; operator selection and change are not possible.

All ferry tickets can be used on the relevant route, on the sailings of the relevant ferry operator. Route and operator changes are not possible.

Port taxes and payments are not included in the ticket price. The relevant payments will be made by the passenger before travel, online or at the port, according to the practices of the ferry operator and the port.

Dating is done through the member panel. Each ticket includes 1 free date selection. For passengers who choose the Flexi or Flexi Plus ticket package, changes and conversions to an open ticket can be made an unlimited number of times, provided they are made up to 48 hours before the sailing time.

Dating will become visible and possible in your member panel as the 2027 calendar year sailings are entered into the system by the operators.

On each ferry sailing, campaign passengers are accepted up to 40% of the ferry's capacity. For this reason, it is recommended not to leave the dating for the date you wish to travel to the last weeks.

Ferry operators may apply limits on public and religious holidays.

The right to use ferry tickets not used by the final validity date expires.
