Late Check-out - While we are unable to guarantee late check-out, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability. One day prior to the departure date, we ask guests to contact our reception team. Credit/Debit Card Policy Debit and Credit Cards are required for guarantee purposes upon check-in. Should a credit card not be provided, a cash deposit will be required. Upon your check out, the balance will be settled accordingly. Payment Policy - All services must be charged to your room and paid upon your check-out or anytime during your stay at the reception. We accept cash and all major credit cards. Smoking Policy - We regret that smoking is not permitted in any guests’ rooms, suites, restaurants, or indoor public spaces. Left Belongings - In case you forget your belongings after your check out, please contact the reception at 0030 22420 48835. Half-Board - Our half-board meal option plan includes a buffet breakfast and a 5-course à la carte dinner menu. Dinner cannot be exchanged for lunch. Guests who arrive after 21:30, provisions for cold plates will be made. Dining - Entrance in the evening to the restaurants requires smart formal attire. Flip flops and swimwear are not permitted.
