We have consciously made an effort to preserve the original layout of the house and, whenever feasible, the materials used in its initial construction. The upper-level rooms feature high ceilings with views overlooking the garden and the surrounding farmland, while the lower-level rooms benefit from the cool temperatures provided by the thick stone walls and the proximity to the ground typical of traditional stone-built homes.

Due to the symmetrical nature of the original structure and the presence of load-bearing internal walls, the four spacious rooms on the upper floor and the three on the lower floor exhibit minimal differences in size. The main variation among the rooms lies in their orientation and the presence of a balcony. The smaller rooms compensate for their size with their charm and double beds.

During the renovations carried out in 2005 and 2006, our aim was to enhance guests' comfort to meet contemporary standards, while preserving the authentic look and ambiance of the house. We upgraded sound insulation, retained the original wooden floors, introduced antique furniture, installed new beds with orthosomatic mattresses and top-mattresses, and refurbished the bathrooms with reproductions of the original tiles and fixtures from the early 1900s.
