The luxurious detached homes complex "Aegean Sea Villas" is situated in the traditional settlement of Livadi on the island of Astypalaia, nestled on a rocky hillside with stunning views of the picturesque Venetian castle, Chora (the island's capital), and the enchanting Livadi beach.

The residences are constructed following traditional architectural principles, featuring a color scheme of white and blue both outdoors and indoors. Each standalone house is positioned at a different elevation, boasting its private courtyard and entrance. The design concept is reminiscent of the cubic white houses surrounding the castle in Chora, complete with whitewashed staircases. A primary objective of the architect was to seamlessly blend the complex with the natural landscape, while honoring the unique environment and distinctive Astypalitian scenery.

The ground floor unit is single-level, whereas the others are spread over two floors (maisonette) connected by a traditional wooden staircase. Notable features common to all include panoramic views of the azure Aegean Sea (from a private yard or balcony), the Venetian castle, the historic village of Chora, and the nearby Livadi beach reachable within a 5-minute stroll.
